Aluminium die casting chassis

Die casting is a metal-forming process. Molten metal is poured into a mold to create components with high precision.

intricate details, and fits that are perfect for functional use. 

Die casting components are mass-produced in various metal alloys, including aluminium,zinc and etc.

For this parts, we use A380 aluminium to make.  followed by powder coating. and then we will do machining on this chassis,  CNC machining center. the last process is to assemble the rivet to finish the products.

Die casting is a highly automated and efficient process, capable of producing a large volume of parts quickly. This makes it ideal for mass production and reduces per-part costs.
